Choi Seung Cheol (born August 8, 1995), better known by his stage name S.Coups, is a South Korean singer-songwriter. He is a member of the South Korean boy group Seventeen and their Hip Hop sub-unit.

Choi is one of the original Pledis Boys and was a member of the group Tempest before Seventeen was created. He trained for 6 years and was originally supposed to debut with NU'EST but ultimately debuted with Seventeen.

- His real name, Seung Cheol, means "to win fairly"; Seung being "to win" and Cheol being "fair".
- His stage name "S.Coups" derives from his first name Sung Cheol and the French phrase "coup d'état" ("a sudden and violent change in government"). He created his stage name himself.
